The Hamilton Transportation Club held their Fall Address event on October 18th with a packed house. Moderated by media veteran Connie Smith the event included presentations from Mohawk College and the developments they are making in training students for new technology in the trucking industry.

Stephen Laskowski, President of the Ontario Trucking Association gave a passionate update in issues in the trucking industry from safer road ways to training and Driver Inc. We were encouraged as an industry to take a stand against carriers operating unethically and against the law.

The event is an evening event kicking off with a cocktail hour and three course dinner. Raffle prizes, 50 /50 draws, and gifts to charity were all included in the program. The Hamilton Transportation Club helps local charities tough their events. Learn more or become a member by clicking here.
